Molded Products SupergrateTM Fiberglass reinforced plastic molded grating is ideal in corrosive environments where fabrication is extensive. Supergrate™ Molded Grating is manufactured from polyester fire retardant and vinyl ester fire retardant resins. The Flame Spread Rating is less than 25 per ASTM E-84. Safety SupergrateTM Fiber reinforced polymer molded grating is nonconductive, resists corrosion and is non-porous. The integrally-molded gritted surface provides a superior non-skid surface. Fabrication The product is lightweight and cuts easily for on-site fabrication. Its superior strength reduces the need for support beams under custom-fitted panels. Flooring pedestals are used to balance sloped surfaces. Strength Superb bi-directional strength is achieved through its interwoven construction and uniform placement of continuous polymer strands.
