Project—Enzyme Manufacturing Plant; Location—Waukesha, Wisconsin Products are pultruded structural Handrails, I-Beams, Channels and Supergrate™ Molded Grating, installed in an Enzyme Manufacturing Plant. The lightweight feature of this FRP structure allows the Access Platform and Ingredient Skid Structure to be easily installed with minimum equipment and labor. The atmosphere of the plant is 100% humidity and a painted steel structure would have to be re-painted every 18-months. Therefore, the corrosion-resistance feature of FRP allows benefits such as product longevity with minimum maintenance cost compared to a steel structure. |
